Nature of the product
All materials sold by SPACE are digital. There is no physical shipment, no shipping cost, and no transport time. Nothing is dispatched by mail or courier.
Delivery method
Delivery is made by e-mail, to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. For this reason, a correctly typed e-mail is a condition for delivery to happen.
Timeframe
- As a rule: immediate. The e-mail is sent as soon as payment is confirmed by the processor.
- Limit: 24 hours. When payment goes through manual anti-fraud review, delivery occurs within 24 hours of confirmation.
What is delivered
The delivery e-mail contains:
- The e-book — a PDF file, as an attachment or a download link.
- The complementary lesson — an access link to the video content.
- The support app (PWA) — an access link through the browser, with no need to install from an app store.
The specific content of each item is the one described on the offer page where the purchase was made.
If the e-mail does not arrive
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Confirm that the e-mail provided at purchase is correct.
- Write to suporte@agenciawavedigital.com with your e-mail and the purchase date.
We resend at no cost, as many times as needed, and without requiring a justification. A delivery failure is our problem, not yours.
Access period
Access to the materials is lifetime: once delivered, the file is yours. The lesson and app links remain active for as long as the service exists; if any needs to change address, we notify you by e-mail in advance.
Delivery record
We keep a record of every delivery — date, recipient, and content sent. This record is available to the buyer upon request and is used as proof in any chargeback dispute.
