1. Who we are
These terms govern the relationship between you and SPACE NEGOCIOS DIGITAIS LTDA, CNPJ 46.166.629/0001-07, headquartered at Avenida das Américas, 4200, Bloco 1, Sala 305, Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, CEP 22640-907, Brazil.
2. What we sell
We sell digital educational material: e-books in PDF, accompanied by a complementary video lesson and a supporting web app (PWA). Our catalog rotates — the available titles change over time, and each offer describes on its own purchase page what is being sold.
We do not sell consulting, we do not provide agency services, we do not broker investments, and we do not offer individualized professional advice.
3. No guarantee of results
Our product is educational content. We do not promise, guarantee, or suggest any specific result — financial, health-related, professional, or of any other nature — from the use of the material. Any result depends on individual factors beyond our control.
The material does not replace qualified professional guidance. Content about health, exercise, nutrition, or finance is informational and does not replace a doctor, nutritionist, physical trainer, accountant, or licensed professional.
4. License of use
Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the purchased material.
You may: read, study, and apply the content for your own use; make a backup copy for personal use.
You may not: resell, redistribute, share publicly, make available in repositories or groups, reproduce for third parties, or use the material commercially without written authorization.
5. Rights over the content
SPACE acts as a curator. We distribute material whose license permits distribution, along with our own content (the complementary lesson and the support app). Copyright remains with its respective owners.
If you own rights and believe that any material we distribute infringes them, write to suporte@agenciawavedigital.com. We review it and, if applicable, remove the material from the catalog.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, an institution specialized in payment processing. SPACE does not store credit card data. Charges appear on your statement as SPACE.
7. Delivery and refund
Delivery is digital, by e-mail, as described in our Delivery Policy. Refunds are full within 7 calendar days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy and Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
8. Liability
We are responsible for what is within our control: delivering the advertised material, in working order, within the stated timeframe, and refunding when applicable. We are not responsible for decisions made by the buyer based on the content, nor for temporary unavailability of third-party services we depend on (e-mail and hosting providers).
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Relevant changes will be communicated by e-mail to active buyers.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Code. The consumer's place of residence is elected as the jurisdiction for resolving disputes.
