What data we collect
- Name and e-mail — provided by you at purchase. Without them, there is no way to deliver the material.
- Payment data — handled directly by Stripe, the payment processor. SPACE does not receive, see, or store credit card numbers. We only receive confirmation that payment occurred, with the last digits and the card brand, for identification and support purposes.
- Access logs — IP address, date, and time, as required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014).
We do not collect sensitive data. We do not request ID numbers, documents, health data, or financial information beyond what the transaction requires.
What we use it for
- Delivering the purchased material — performance of the contract (art. 7, V, LGPD).
- Providing support and processing refunds — performance of the contract.
- Meeting legal obligations — tax and record-keeping duties (art. 7, II).
- Preventing fraud — legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
- Sending communications about new materials — only with your consent (art. 7, I), with an unsubscribe link in every e-mail.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Ever.
Who we share it with
Only with operators necessary to deliver the service, and only the minimum required:
- Stripe (payment processor) — to process the transaction and any refunds.
- E-mail provider — to deliver the material and support communications.
- Hosting provider — to keep this site and the materials available.
- Public authorities — when required by law or court order.
How long we keep it
- Purchase data — 5 years, the statute of limitations applicable to consumer relations.
- Access logs — 6 months, under the Internet Civil Framework.
- Contact data for communications — until you request removal.
Your rights
The LGPD grants you the right to: confirm the existence of processing; access your data; correct incomplete or outdated data; request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data; request portability; withdraw consent; and obtain information about who we share your data with.

Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. If a security incident with relevant risk to you occurs, we will notify you and the National Data Protection Authority, as required by Article 48 of the LGPD.
Cookies
This site is institutional and does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels. We do not track your browsing or build a behavioral profile from your visit.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the current version. Relevant changes to data processing will be communicated by e-mail.
